These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BookLine, a clinic management and automation software platform provided by BookLine Life ("we", "us", or "our"), primarily operating via the WhatsApp Cloud API.
BookLine is strictly a technology platform and Software as a Service (SaaS). We provide digital token allocation, automated appointment scheduling, and payment routing via WhatsApp. BookLine is not a healthcare provider, clinic, or medical facility. The responsibility for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical operations rests solely with the registered clinics ("Clinics") and their associated healthcare professionals.
By accessing our website, creating an account, or interacting with the BookLine WhatsApp bot, whether as a Clinic Administrator, Doctor, or Patient, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software.
Our service relies heavily on third-party infrastructure. You acknowledge and agree that your use of BookLine is subject to the limitations and terms of these providers:
• Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp) for message transmission.
• Razorpay Software Private Limited for payment gateway services and financial settlement.
BookLine is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account restrictions enforced by these third parties.
Clinics registering with BookLine must provide accurate, legal, and verified information. Clinics agree to:
• Honor all appointments booked and paid for through the BookLine platform.
• Timely update wait times or doctor availability to prevent false token estimates.
• Assume full liability for medical negligence or disputes arising with patients.
BookLine charges a commission of 5% on all patient appointment bookings processed through the platform. This fee is automatically deducted at the source through Razorpay Route before settling the remaining 95% into the respective Clinic's verified bank account on a T+1 to T+2 cycle. We reserve the right to alter pricing structures with a 30-day prior written notice via email or WhatsApp.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, BookLine Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital access resulting from platform downtime or third-party API deprecations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
