BookLine is a digital SaaS platform for clinic queue management, WhatsApp-based appointment booking, and a technology bridge for medicine delivery. We facilitate the routing of both digital and physical services.
Upon successful completion of an appointment booking, the digital confirmation is dispatched in real-time. Delivery occurs via the WhatsApp Cloud API and, where applicable, a downloadable PDF receipt attached to the same message.
For medicine orders, BookLine acts strictly as a technology and payment bridge connecting patients with independent fulfilling pharmacies. Physical delivery of medicines is handled entirely by the partner pharmacy or their designated logistics provider. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation but are subject to pharmacy inventory, local logistics, and external factors. BookLine assumes no liability for delivery delays or fulfillment errors.
Payment Collection: Delivery personnel may collect payment on behalf of the pharmacy for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. It is the patient's responsibility to be available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order.
Once a clinic completes the onboarding process, clinic owners and administrators receive WhatsApp-based access to the BookLine command interface and login credentials for the Owner and Admin dashboards.
